Diane Evans Robbins
Diane was born and raised in the Inland Empire and now resides in Upland. Her areas of expertise focus on living trusts, estate planning, probate, will contests, powers of attorney, business law, and general litigation. Her deep experience as a trial lawyer, involving many complex cases, has resulted in a strong success record.
Diane is a city attorney for the City of Montclair from 1996 to present and is also a deputy city attorney for the City of Loma Linda. Additionally she is a special counsel for the West End Communications Authority.
Diane received her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento, California in May 1982. She has been admitted to the State Bar of California in1982, the State Bar of Idaho in 1994, the U.S. District Court of California, Central District in1984 and the United States Supreme Court in 2002.
Diane is a city attorney for the City of Montclair from 1996 to present and is also a deputy city attorney for the City of Loma Linda. Additionally she is a special counsel for the West End Communications Authority.

Richard E. Holdaway
Rich grew up in Upland and now lives in Alta Loma. He focuses on general litigation, business disputes, and insurance claims involving automobile accidents, serious personal injuries, wrongful death, medical malpractice, slip and fall, dog bites, intentional torts, and injuries to children.
Richard is a city attorney for the City of Loma Linda from 1996 to present. He is also counsel to Loma Linda Redevelopment Agency since 1996 and is also Deputy City Attorney for the City of Montclair.
Richard received his B.A. in International Relations at BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY and his law degree from B.Y.U., J. REUBEN CLARK LAW SCHOOL in 1981 J.D., 1981, Academic Scholarship. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1982 and U.S. District Court of California, Central District in 1984, U.S. Court of Appeal, 9th Circuit in 1988 and U.S. Supreme Court.
